This was my favorite book of the series. I'm not sure if it's because I really like Ms. Singh's style of writing or if it was because this book just seemed darker. Having Micah not remember his childhood, but having Liliana bring out his playfulness was a very sweet touch. I also liked the fact that Liliana had more in stake then the other heroines (or hero) since her father started the whole mess. It would've been nice to have the siblings interact with each other a little more, but all in all it was a nice ending to the series. One question never answered was the time difference between the second book, which was a couple weeks after the castle take-over, and the other three books, which was 20 years.
