I really liked this book. Seth was such a sweet guy trying to recover from a very traumatic event that occurred two years ago so he decides to dust off his veterinarian degree and open a clinic in a new town. He soon meets the sheriff and discovers they are true mates. Kasey is beside himself when he finds his mate is a white man and not Native American like himself. After dealing with coming to terms with race Kasey decides he'd do anything to keep his man. What follows is a very emotional journey for both men that only brings them closer together and test their trust in each other and friends and family. We also get a peek at another potentially steamy couple that hopefully gets their own book soon. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a great paranormal romance.
